Every woman deserves to feel clean, confident, and cared for - no matter her circumstances. For too many women and girls, something as simple as a period becomes a source of stress, shame, and missed opportunities. We started Lillie Pads for Change because we saw an everyday need that was going unmet. In shelters, schools, and community centers - women and girls were quietly asking for hygiene products that most of us take for granted: pads, tampons, soap, deodorant, even toothpaste. That reality was heartbreaking and we knew we couldn't look away.

So we decided to act. What began as a few care kits packed in a living room has grown into a community-powered movement. Today, Lille Pads for Change partners with local organizations to provide free hygiene products and education to those who need them most. Each kit we deliver is a message of dignity, compassion, and solidarity. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Not only do we provide care packages monthly, we recruit girls and young women to help prepare and distribute them.

As we expand our services, Lillie Pads for Change also accepts the donations of non-perishable food items and  clothing.
